HR Recruiter

Azeus Convene is a leading provider of board management software, and we are expanding our Human Resources team. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent in the competitive tech landscape. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce by finding candidates who align with our company values and culture.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and design effective job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Assist in building talent pools for future hiring needs.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Azeus as an employer of choice.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience using an ATS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with social media recruiting and networking platforms.
