HR- Operations Executive

Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.

Roles And Responsibilities:-

• Help in recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee welfare and workplace culture
• Support HR in CSR activities and Employee engagement activities by providing necessary materials, supplies, and resources for CSR and employee engagement events.
• Support in drafting and editing HR documents, such as policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and engagement.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to improve decision-making processes
• Assisting in Admin related day t o day tasks.
• Maintaining company assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience of working in HR operations.
• Holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Have relevant skills and interests.
