Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of Viral Pitch. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for the roles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
• Recruitment Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to labor laws and company policies.

Compensation:
Salary will be based on the candidate's last drawn salary and experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
