This position, through a focus on customer experience and service, is accountable for the successful resolution of all candidate, employee, and HR requests using Dentsply Sirona?s HRIS platforms (Case Management system, SAP/Connections, and Payroll); answering calls, chats, or emails in an operations center environment.
Develop a firm understanding of Dentsply Sirona businesses to include the company structure and culture
Work with Employees, Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition to coordinate the new hire process
Coordinates background and drug screen for new hires
Provide front line customer service for candidates during background check and onboarding process
Collects, maintains, and organizes data specific to the new hire process
Analyzes data and identify trends related to the new hire processes and recommends improvements
Supports Employees, Managers and Human Resources in the offboarding process
Provides documents and guidance to employees and managers regarding the offboarding process
Provides front line customer service for employees and managers during offboarding process
Processes offboarding tickets related to system access
Supports Employees, Managers and Human Resources related to system inquiries related to policies, processes, benefits/leaves, payroll, LMS, HRIS, and other business/HR systems and processes at Dentsply Sirona
Coordinate new hire benefits enrollment/supports open enrollment
Coordinate Service Award program
Review integration reports and error reports related to payroll; tracks errors and audits data
Trouble shoots payroll system and HRIS issues and provides resolution.
Maintains data in HRIS system as the system of record as provided by Human Resources, Finance, Managers.
Performs data imports
Trouble shoots issues and provides resolution
Supports total compensation, talent development, employee engagement processes.
Works accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced help desk style environment
Ensures the HR Portal Service que is maintained and up to date (telephone, e-mail, HRIS system)
Communicates effectively with various outside vendors to ensure all processes are executed efficiently
Creates and updates articles and presentations regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
Must successfully navigate the organization to resolve customer requests and refer customers to the appropriate internal or external resources
Will be required to quickly read frequent updates and learning materials, often while on the call, and must be able to implement immediately into calls with accuracy
Maintains high level of confidentiality
Collaborates with other HR team members to recommend process enhancements
Processes required documents consistent with department SOPs
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 Years of revelant work experience
Key skills, knowledge & capabilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems
Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking system
Strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Ability to apply working knowledge of specified discipline to assignment
Ability to gather information, organize and perform routine analysis
Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications
Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
