Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and maintain effective communication between employees and management.
- Assist in employee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software/applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
