HR Generalist

• Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and maintain effective communication between employees and management.
• Assist in employee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software/applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
