Your Role as a Hospice Caregiver

Personal Care Assistance Help with bathing, dressing, and daily comfort needs.
Companionship & Emotional Support Provide warm, reassuring presence for patients and families.
Meal Prep & Medication Reminders Assist with meals and ensure medications are taken on schedule.
Pain & Symptom Management Support Work alongside hospice teams to enhance comfort.
Gentle Activity Engagement Support light activities such as reading, listening to music, or reminiscing.
Family Support Offer guidance, encouragement, and presence for loved ones.
Maintaining a Peaceful Environment Ensure patients feel at ease in their surroundings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred.

• Active California Home Care Aide registration.

• Recent TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
