Your Role

We're looking for experienced Dementia Care Caregivers who understand the complexities of dementia care and have a deep passion for improving lives. If you have 5 years or more years of hands-on experience , we'd love for you to join our team in helping patients and families navigate their journey with empathy and expertise.

Primary Responsibilities

Personal Care Assistance Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
Medication Reminders Ensuring medications are taken correctly and observing for side effects.
Meal Preparation Creating nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assisting with feeding.
Transfer Support Assisting with mobility, preventing falls, and ensuring safety.
Companionship Engaging in meaningful conversations and social activities.
Behavior Management Gently handling agitation, confusion, and wandering with expertise.
Memory Care Activities Organizing stimulating activities like puzzles and reminiscing sessions.
Stress Reduction Creating a peaceful and comforting atmosphere.
Housekeeping & Organization Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space.
Transportation Support Driving or accompanying patients to appointments, gatherings, and errands.
