Polsinelli is seeking a junior health care litigation associate to join our health care federal litigation practice in our Charleston office. Interested candidates must possess superb writing, research, and communication skills, significant litigation or clerkship experience, and a high level of academic achievement.
The ideal candidates will possess at least one year of federal litigation experience, with substantial writing experience in law school or undergrad, needing little to no supervision to deliver a strong final work product. Experience handling litigation matters, including drafting motions and briefs with a strong preference for federal litigation experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in Administrative Procedure Act (APA) litigation, health care reimbursement litigation and compliance, with an emphasis on government and private payor disputes, are a strong positive. Candidates with experience in government investigations and/or False Claims Act work is also a positive. Federal clerkship preferred.

Compensation: Salary will range between $210,000 - $230,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
