The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience handling all phases of asbestos-related litigation, including conducting depositions, drafting briefs, and participating in court appearances. Applicants must hold an active bar license and be residents of South Carolina. This position involves close collaboration with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
