JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Global HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to our client's success by managing and enhancing HR operations. The ideal candidate will focus on recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational expertise.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Mediate conflicts and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with related inquiries.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs and organize programs to address them.

HR Data and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and recruitment performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Experience with international HR processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
