Finance Senior Associate

Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. seeks an Associate (Senior- level) Finance (FIN) in New York, NY to represent financial institutions, lenders, project sponsors, export credit agencies, developers, investment and commercial banks and companies in complex transactions including project finance matters, project development and construction, and operation and acquisition of project portfolios. REQUIREMENTS: JD, LLM or foreign equivalent and four years of experience as an Associate or related occupation; licensure in NY, or alternatively, in another jurisdiction, and eligibility to obtain NY law license within 12 months.
