Direct Counsel is seeking a Finance Senior Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join the rapidly growing finance practice of a prominent Am Law 100 firm in New York. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent private credit funds and banks in complex acquisition financing transactions
- Handle direct client interactions and cultivate client relationships
- Participate in business development training and initiatives to grow the practice
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in finance law, with a strong focus on acquisition financings
- Outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience
- Proven ability to manage high-level responsibilities and foster client engagement
- Admission to practice law in New York
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $435,000 to $450,000 annually, with actual compensation determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
