Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of structured finance transactions, including securitization platforms.
Advise issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and collateral managers on asset-backed finance offerings.
Engage with a diverse client base, from sophisticated financial institutions to startups and first-time issuers.

Preferred Background:

Strong experience in asset-backed finance transactions.
