Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field IT Technician Level 1 to join our IT team, based in Rancho Cucamonga . This entry-level role requires travel between our office locations across Southern California , using a company vehicle f or transportation. Responsibilities include basic cable management , helpdesk support , and on-site troubleshooting .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel between office locations across Southern California using a company vehicle to provide on-site IT support
  • Assist with basic cable management : running, labeling, and organizing network and power cables
  • Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for end-users (hardware, software, printers, connectivity issues)
  • Set up and maintain workstations, monitors, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate when necessary
  • Document tasks and maintain logs of completed work and equipment inventory
  • Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure consistency in setups and procedures
  • Follow safety protocols and company standards during on-site visits

Pay Range: $22-$25 Hourly

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Travel across Southern California required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related certifications a plus (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
  • Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record (company vehicle will be provided)
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and cable management best practices
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in physical environments (under desks, server rooms, etc.)
  • Must be punctual, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and basic Windows troubleshooting
