Job Description
Rutan and Tucker is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of employment law and/or general litigation experience. Substantive civil litigation experience (written discovery, defending/taking depositions, law-and-motion work including dispositive motions) is important. Experience with FEHA and Labor Code claims (individual and class/representative) would be ideal, as would experience dealing with employment administrative agencies (California Civil Rights Department, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). Candidates should have strong academic credentials and be from a reputable firm. While employment law experience is preferred, it is not required. Referral bonus available to associates/Income Partners.

Salary Range: $235,000 ? $265,000 depending on experience.
