Labor & Employment Associate - Orange County or San Francisco Allen Matkins is seeking a labor and employment associate with 2 ? 4 years of experience to join a collaborative practice with challenging matters and high-profile national clients. This position can sit in either our San Francisco or Orange County offices. Ideal candidates will have: - Experience handling a broad range of employment or other complex commercial litigation, including single and/or multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state court and arbitration, working on wage and hour, discrimination, and other class action lawsuits, drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, depositions, and substantive motion practice. - Experience with employment advisory matters is preferred. - Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills. - Admission to the State Bar of California. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with partners and contribute to a dynamic team with a strong presence across California. The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $210,000 to $250,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
