We are currently recruiting for an outstanding associate with 2-4 years of employment litigation experience, including class and single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law. Our L&E practice group prides itself on employing attorneys who can take ownership of matters, with experience in all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas: Strong litigation experience Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis Preparing deposition outlines Researching, writing, and arguing motions Participation of trial teams Self-starter who requires minimal oversight Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply.
