Responsibilities include: Interfaces Works closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process Prepares, files, and prosecutes patent applications in the United States and abroad abroad Conducts freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses analyses Assists in other responsibilities or projects, as requested, or needed. needed Qualifications A degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study Demonstrated understanding of machine learning, molecular biology, and sequencing technology Familiarity with gene editing, immunology, microscopy, and systems biology is a plus Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C.
