Rothwell Figg seeks an experienced patent prosecution attorney to join its patent practice in the electrical/computer fields of technology. The primary focus of this position is patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical/computer fields of technology, with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinions and counseling.
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and have two to four years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is required. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
