Construction Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has an immediate opening for a construction attorney with a minimum of at least two years of experience practicing within the state of Colorado and welcomes all experience levels beyond this to apply. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including potentially fully remote and hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Colorado. The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
