Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a a minimum of 5 years experience working years' experience to join our prominent Commercial Real Estate team in Woodbridge, NJ. This role will be working on commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale, leasing and financing to join our prominent commercial real estate team, located in our Woodbridge, NJ office location. Position will involve drafting, structuring and negotiating matters involving sophisticated real estate projects. A successful candidate will have a strong academic background, admission to the NJ bar in good standing, proven experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably in a reputable law firm or real estate practice, in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and practices, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and excellent research and analytical abilities. The salary range for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney is $155,000 to $175,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate?s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of Wilentz?s total rewards package, which also can include a discretionary performance bonus and, or an origination bonus.
