Our nationally recognized Commercial Finance practice is nationally recognized and handles hundreds of significant high-value loan transactions annually, aggregating totaling billions of dollars, including scores of international lending transactions. We are seeking a proficient associate with 2-3 years' experience. dollars across the U.S. and internationally. We regularly represent banks, commercial finance companies and other institutional lenders in structuring and documenting asset-based and cash-flow loan transactions, including working capital facilities, leveraged acquisitions, mezzanine loans, retail financing, vendor financing, loan restructurings, purchase order financing, equipment leasing, debtor-in-possession financing financing, and the equity aspects of loan transactions. During the past 15 years, we have represented our clients in Europe, Asia, and South and Central America, ranging from taking foreign collateral or guaranties to financing cross-border acquisitions involving funding in multiple currencies. Job Requirements: We require are seeking a highly skilled associate with 2-3 years of experience in lending transactions, ideally gained at a large law degree firm. Candidate must have: a J.D. from a top 25 law school with a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and some experience in commercial lending (preferably at a large law firm). Within the highest end work in range, individual pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the industry. relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
