Job Description
We are seeking associates mid-senior level associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies or other providers of debt financing) and/or borrowers(including borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions. We will not be considering candidates in other practice areas who are looking to retool. Can Associate can sit any office. in NY, Houston, Chicago, LA, Palo Alto or San Francisco. Job Salary $310,000 (250K - $390,000370K)
