ry Coordinator

to join IQVIA Laboratories at our

Marietta GA

location.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

As a Laboratory Coordinator, you will coordinate and train staff involved in the assembly and packaging of laboratory test kits used to collect data on clinical trials participants. Your work will be performed in accordance with ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.

What you'll be doing:

Assemble laboratory visit-specific kits as indicated in the laboratory information system (QLIMS).

Complete final packaging of kits and ancillary supplies for shipping to Investigators.

Reprint labels, work orders, and content sheets from QLIMS.

Ensure all manuals and flowcharts are available from PS.

Accession out all clinical trials material in the QLIMS system.

Label final packages appropriately as required by courier.

Provide required documentation to applicable team members.

Provide leadership to the team in the absence of the supervisor.

What we are looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2-3 years of relevant experience.

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Attention to detail.

Good reading ability.

Effective leadership skills.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.

Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (QLIMS).

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Leadership and team coordination abilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $45,500.00 - $75,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
