Requirements

• Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; reviewand update on a regular basis.
• Conduct Functional BehaviorAssessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide direct supervision andtraining to behavior technicians in clients? homes.
• Analyze data and implementdata-driven program changes.
• Maintain positive communicationwith parents.

• Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualizedgoals into the family's daily routines, thus providing parent training.
• Excellent organizational skillswith attention to detail.
• Communicative & collaborative.
• Committed to purposeful care
• Current BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years ofhome-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with a variety ofClinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
