As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by providing essential care and companionship. This position requires a kind heart, patience, and a strong commitment to improving the well-being of others.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Remind clients to take prescribed medications
Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
Monitor and report changes in client's condition to supervisors
Maintain accurate records of care provided

The salary range is $15.50 - $19.50 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
Previous caregiving experience, either professional or personal
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to assist clients with mobility
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
