Billing Support Agent

• Provide outstanding support to customers regarding billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process billing transactions and handle payments accurately.
• Assist customers in understanding their bills, transactions, and account statuses.
• Resolve basic issues and inquiries related to billing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and billing processes.
• Participate in training sessions to increase your knowledge of billing procedures and customer service techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements
