The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of bona fide experience in representing financial institutions in lending

Commercial transaction and leasing experience a plus

Excellent written and analytical skills

Strong academic credentials

Strong interpersonal skills

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

New Jersey Bar Admission required

New York Bar Admission helpful
