Job Description

Saul Ewing?s Real Estate Department is seeking a transactional associate to work in our Miami, Florida office. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Candidates should be proficient in purchase and sale agreements, title, survey, and transactions involving financing. Candidates will work closely with mid-level and senior attorneys throughout the firm to provide high-quality services to our clients involved in different types of real estate transactions. Experience with condominium development projects is preferred, but is not required. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing ,and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Florida. The anticipated pay range for this role is $200,000 ? $225,000.
