Job Description
Cozen O?Connor?s Miami office seeks a construction law an associate with 4-5 years a minimum of four years' experience. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling and representing project owners and developers, contractors, and design professionals in all stages of construction projects, including contract formation/negotiations, project management, pre-suit investigation and development of potential claims, and litigation of claims in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country.country. Familiarity with Florida construction law is preferred but not a pre-requisite. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. An active Florida license in good standing required.
