Job Description

Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated attorney with a minimum of 2-7 years of experience in estate litigation, probate and estate administration. The position is based in our Hackensack, NJ office.

The Associate position will report to partner in charge of the Trust & Estates practice.

Educational/Experience Requirements

JD degree required with excellent academic credentials
Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey.
2-7 years' estate litigation, probate and estate administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients
Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and multi-task required

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
