Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from inception through trial, including client intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and product liability cases.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active California Bar membership in good standing.
2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong track record of success.
