Associate Attorney - Coverage

Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Mt. Laurel, NJ office with 2 to 6 years of insurance coverage experience. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate who enjoys analytical writing and analysis, but is also drawn toward trial advocacy. This role provides a balanced mix of research, writing, hands on litigation and client interface. Our coverage group represents insurance companies in navigating all manner of coverage questions, filing declaratory judgement actions and defending coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance.

Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000
