Ambulance Driver

• Operates ambulance vehicles in a safe, efficient manner according to regulations.
• Transports patients to and from medical facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort during the ride.
• Maintains the cleanliness and readiness of the ambulance and its equipment.
• Communicates effectively with EMTs and medical staff during patient transport.
• Adheres to all traffic laws, regulations, and best practices for emergency response driving.
• Completes documentation and reports related to patient transport and ambulance status.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as an ambulance driver or in emergency vehicle operation is preferred.
• Knowledge of local roads and emergency routes.
• Ability to remain composed in stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and emergency protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
