Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate veterinary technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care for animals and ensure positive experiences for clients. Your responsibilities will include triaging patients, taking vital signs, and coordinating their care. You will also assist with surgeries, draw blood, and administer injections. Additionally, you will communicate with clients, veterinarians, and pharmacies to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Triage patients and gather information from clients
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures

  • Administer medications and monitor anesthesia and fluid therapy
  • Operate sterilization equipment
  • Process lab specimens

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from an accredited school
  • At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for working with animals

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
