Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a field manager. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising our field representatives, as well as overseeing operations in the field.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and motivate field representatives.
  • Assign territories, schedules, and necessary supplies and equipment to staff members.
  • Visit customer sites and evaluate field representatives.
  • Generate reports to identify strengths and weaknesses of each field representative.
  • Provide support and track progress of employees in improving their skills.
  • Submit reports to HR.
  • Conduct training programs for field representatives to improve their job performance.
  • Enforce field rules and responsibilities for all representatives.
  • Respond to on-call tasks and support field representatives under your supervision.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles within budget.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration is a plus.
  • Experience in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinker.
