We are looking for an experienced and skilled client services coordinator to manage our relationships with clients on a daily basis. The coordinator will gather information on how to best serve our clients and report to senior management. They will also work closely with different teams, vendors, and customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in person, over the phone, or through email.
- Schedule meetings or phone calls between clients and management.
- Arrange meeting rooms or venues.
- Coordinate the creation of materials for clients.
- Keep records of client accounts.
- Review feedback and requests from clients and work with different departments in the organization to find solutions.
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adjust services and determine related costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management software (e.g. Trello) is necessary.
