Youth Program Manager

We are looking for a manager for our basketball program. This position is for someone who is reliable, very energetic, loud voice and demonstrates a fun personality. Manager is responsible for leading & engaging with the children & staff. Manager may typically be required to perform tasks like administrative duties, organizing employee schedules, logging time sheets, monitoring and evaluating employee performance and leading team members.

MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• Personable, energetic, fun, detail oriented.
• Can handle pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.
• Performing employee reviews, coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Maintains staff with new employee onboarding and training.
• Documenting employee reviews (achievements, disciplinary action, etc.) and reporting to upper-level management.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Can step into coach role for basketball program and or art program for children ranging from ages 3-17+ if is needed.

Friday 6:00p-10:00p

Saturday 7:30a-3:00p

Sunday 7:30a-3:00p

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
