Job Description

General Duty:

Check equipment in / out
Verify unit and serial numbers on equipment against paperwork
Verify outbound equipment is clean and rent-ready
Document new damages on inbound equipment
Take pictures of all equipment as it enters and leaves yard
Yard maintenance as needed (mow/edge/water/clean)
Take ?ownership? of the yard.
Other duties as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma
Must have experience operating construction equipment
Must be detail oriented
Must be safety conscious
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather
