Rusty Taco, founded in 2010 in a converted gas station on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, TX, is on a mission to serve authentic Mexican street-style tacos in a friendly and unique atmosphere. This role plays a pivotal part in upholding our promise to deliver the highest standards of product, service, and restaurant appearance. • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times.
• Train, inspire, and develop team members to enhance performance and skills.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with our standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
