On Call Hospice Registered Nurses Needed!

Weekend On-Call (Friday 4pm start through Monday 8:45am)

(PRN Visits, Death Visits, Admissions).

On-Call Hospice RN

• Start of Cares - $125.00
• Information Meetings/ Sign on only - $75.00
• Visits - $70.00
• End of Life visit - $125.00 or $30.00/ hour (depending on time required)
• QA/ Audits - $30.00 per hour

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a weekend on call basis
