Medical Receptionist

• Welcomes patients and visitors in person and on the telephone
• Answer inquiries or refer questions to the appropriate team member
• Manage patient workflow and data in an electronic format
• Basic administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, scanning documents
• Insurance verification and collection of co-pays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• May assist other team members with their duties as workload dictates

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with some medical terminology is preferred, but not required
