We have a unique opportunity for a talented editor to flex their creative chops and take our client's industry leading YouTube channel (Sunny Lenarduzzi) to the next level. We're looking for a strong editor to elevate the creativity, storytelling, and value of Sunny's content? and someone with a love for a small but mighty company culture!
Sunny's Authority Accelerator program is an online course building program that's designed to help experts turn their knowledge into courses that generate consistent income and impact. We're aiming to create engaging, informative, highly accessible, and entertaining videos that open peoples? eyes to the very real potential of earning an amazing living by monetizing their expertise.
You won't be at it alone, either. You'll receive YouTube specific guidance from the very same people that have grown YouTube channels to 10M subscribers & 5B views, using some of the most innovative creative formats and execution.
What you'll do:
- Skillfully edit videos that highlight Sunny's thought leadership, client success stories, and other formats in a YouTube native way to engage audiences
- Collaborate with the Producer to execute a compelling content strategy that uniquely highlights Sunny's business value and authentic voice
- Lead the entirety of the editing processes and workflows, with direction and feedback from the Producer, Snowball, and Sunny
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies/trends and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
- Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years as a video editor with a strong portfolio
- Technical Skills: strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, and simple motion graphics consistent with the style of this video
- Storytelling Ability: strong ability to craft compelling YouTube native stories from provided footage
