We are looking for a skilled and creative UI Developer to join our agile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web pages for a cloud-based customer experience platform. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, QA managers, and customer success teams to deliver seamless and engaging user interfaces.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and structure web pages to provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience informs design choices.
- Develop new features that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
- Maintain a balance between functionality and visual aesthetics.
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal performance on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Write clean, reusable code for scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Use various markup languages efficiently to build web interfaces.
- Ensure brand consistency across all UI elements and design implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
- Experience in creating responsive and adaptive web designs.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices as they relate to UI/UX development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an agile environment.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in UI development.
