We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic AI Engineer with 13 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about developing and deploying AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems. As an AI Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, implement, and maintain intelligent systems across our platforms and products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand objectives, and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Work with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) to build models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and other use cases.
• Develop and optimize deep learning models using large-scale datasets.
• Implement model training pipelines and ensure model performance in production environments.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, perform error analysis, and fine-tune algorithms for optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest AI research, trends, and best practices; apply relevant findings to projects.
• Assist in the deployment and scaling of models using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 13 years of hands-on experience working in AI-focused roles, with a strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, OpenCV, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of software engineering practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud-based ML/AI services like Amazon SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure ML is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
