Sands Anderson is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on estate planning, trust administration, and related matters. They will work closely with clients to develop strategies for managing their assets and ensuring their estate plans align with their wishes and legal requirements. 3+ years of experience in trusts and estates law Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and tax laws Counsel clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Assist with trust administration, probate proceedings, and estate litigation Review and draft legal documents such as wills, trust agreements, and advance directives Firms that wish to present candidates to Sands Anderson PC must have an active agreement in place.
