Attorney: Fowler White has an immediate opening for an attorney with 10+ 5+ years' experience in wills, trusts, estate planning and probate matters. Duties would include meeting with clients, preparing probate pleadings and all related documents, managing court dockets, maintaining own files and preparing trust accountings and/or fiduciary accountings. Candidate must have LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning and the ability to structure sophisticated estate plans and document same. Ideal candidates must possess a transferable book of business.
