Job Description
As a Lead T&V Engineer @ Maxwell, you will be responsible for the verification & validation of battery management systems. You will be involved in all the different stages of product development from validation test cases definition to creation of test benches necessary to execute these tests. You will be also responsible for Test plan, Test estimation, Test design as per ISO26262 and ISTQB standard.
Requirements
- Releasing test report and Summary of released FW.
- All BMS and Battery Electronics Design Validation
- Customer side T&V requirements for modules/ systems, consultation to customers
- Provide technical leadership and lead a team of Engineers to deliver the
- Project
- Capture and analyze software/System requirements from customer and related
- Systems / Components
- Plan to Develop and execute manual and / or automated tests on virtua
- test environment, target ECU and HIL
- Participate in review of SW requirements and architecture documents,
- internal and customer test specifications and test results
- Analyze Defect and change Request.
- Mentor, hire, and train a team of test engineers
- Develop and execute V&V both automatic and manual tests for our
- BMS both software and hardware
- Maintain testing documentation to adhere to ISTQB, Fusa, and
- IS0 26262 standards
- Provide support of Cross-functional root cause analysis
- T&V Lead should be able to do all of the above and most importantly be able Lead a team of Engineers effectively
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems Engineering or equivalent higher education required.
- Experience with design & product validation plan definition & execution
- Experience with testing of safety electronics products (IEC61508, ISO 26262)
- Experience with testing of mixed signals electronics products
- In-depth knowledge of HIL & CANbus interfacing.
- Prior hands-on experience with Testing of Embedded Systems
- Proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Embedded C) , a good understanding of the V-cycle.
