Sales: Generating sales by closing deals over the phone and meeting sales goals

Product knowledge: Being familiar with the products and services being sold

Time management: Prioritizing high-potential leads and maximizing productivity

Negotiation: Negotiating discounts and contracts

Order processing: Processing orders, usually via computer

Sales reports: Producing sales reports

Lead generation: Establishing interest in future sales
