Sidley's premier Technology and Life Sciences Transactions practice is looking for attorneys with significant (5+ years) technologytransactions experience, including in-licensing, outbound licensing, development, collaboration and other commercial arrangements, as well as the IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and joint ventures. Broad technology company experience is desired. Candidates should be admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the Illinois bar.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. The target salary range for this role is below. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits information can be found here.
